Politicians from either side of a corrupt isle conspired to get a copy under the pretense of prosecution over a Friday evening glass of Blue Label. The inspired minds tumbled through extortion, an election, and control. Then there was the small matter of the $300 million that disappeared in 2004 to 2009 into the abyss of urban jurisdictions that raised capital flight to an art form.
