risk is priced for a reason. but risk can not be priced at or under the risk free rate because then there is no risk, presumably, and trees grow to the sky

to wit: chinese defaults on ghost collateral, denial as an article of faith in indian bank accounting, italian bonds yields priced under the us 10 year by 80 basis points, tesla having any market value (an admitted cheap shot)
