At least 78 per cent of our business comes from corporates. These guys are important, and when they are not doing well, coupled with other factors, it's going to affect the entire industry. 

There's also a larger problem of competing against the government. I'm not blaming them, just explaining. The government is releasing tax free bonds at eight per cent. Why would someone who has capital, in their right mind, invest in a hotel that gives a return of four-five per cent, when they could invest in a tax free bond? These are the fundamental problems within the industry.


There's a saying, 'Rough seas make the best captains.'
